Sales Assistant

About the position and the team:
The Sales assistant will support the Sales department of 8 specialists with booking and administration of all Sales activities.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Manager with administration, gathering and presenting management information and translation of sales- and marketing information.
  • Organize meetings, conferences and ad hoc events.
  • Produce letters, reports, graphs, presentations etc. to a high professional standard.
  • Participate and taking notes in weekly meetings.
  • Support Sales Manager with registration of new customers in Salesforce.com.
  • Assist on withdrawal of reports to be converted into Excel spreadsheets.
     

Education / Work experience 

  • Preferably a university degree or equal within marketing/ communication or equal.
  • 2-4 years of work experience in service or sales
     

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Swedish both written and spoken;
  • Very strong skills in Excel;
  • Attention to details;
  • Good computer skills (Office 365) including word processing;
  • Good communication, administrative and organizational skills;
  • Stockholm Based;
  • Driving license “B”
